Electrician Specialist – Now Hiring, Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Compensation Starting rate: $36.51 – $43.87 per hour, paid weekly.
Shift 3rd Shift: 10:30 pm – 6:30 am, Monday‑Friday.

Responsibilities
Perform planned electrical maintenance on all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process to ensure the integrity of electrical systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair or maintain all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process, including blenders, crystallizers, dryers, extruders, formers, trim presses, conveyors, and grinders.
Troubleshoot AC and DC drives and motors; PC and PLC controlled systems; heaters, thermocouples, and heat controllers; safety circuits.
Modify new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades.
Use Maintenance Connection to record and close work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility is safe, clean, and tidy.
Follow all company established rules and policies.
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Employ strong technical, functional, project management, customer service, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, teamwork, judgment, organization, mechanical aptitude, electrical aptitude, and detail orientation.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2‑year electro‑mechanical technical degree preferred.
3‑5 years of related experience.
Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading (mechanical/electrical), welding, and fabrication.
Previous electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Knowledge of PLC and PC controls.
Experience with Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Omron systems preferred.
Own tools; ability to use them safely and effectively.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work overtime and off‑shifts as needed.
