Key Responsibilities
Perform state inspections in compliance with Virginia regulations
Utilize experience and skills to deliver high-quality service
Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
VA State Inspection license
OEM training/certification (Ford / Domestic OEM, but not required)
Must possess personal tools
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Skills
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements Education and/or Experience
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
State inspection license
Ford (or other domestic OEM) experience.
Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to assess problems and create possible solutions in collaboration with the team.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
