Overview
Installation Manager opening with the Greater Miami team. The Installation Manager manages the installation process, including technical measurement, warehouse, installation, and service, to ensure homeowner delight, efficiency, and appropriate resource capacity in a major market. The role ensures that installation process associates are prepared and able to deliver flawless installation and Signature Service the first time. Primary Responsibilities
Ensure homeowner delight, as measured through customer satisfaction surveys, by training and coaching associates on technical capabilities and customer service. Research and/or develop new processes to increase efficiency and homeowner satisfaction. Regularly visit homeowner work sites to audit and execute existing/new processes. Meet or exceed homeowner expectations on the timing of installation processes by maintaining a capable workforce to meet demand fluctuations. Execute recruiting efforts as needed to meet workforce requirements. Meet or exceed planned margins and revenue goals by having a capable workforce and using outsourcing when appropriate. Work with sales and customer process functions to ensure resources are aligned with demand fluctuations. Support safety initiatives of the installation process associates to ensure safe practices are in place and followed. Ensure that all regulatory required training is completed as appropriate. Participate as a team member on the CORO safety committee. Ensure that all regulatory procedures and/or requirements impacting the installation process are met. Manage supply chain functions within the branch, overseeing shipping, receiving and purchasing, and ensure use of corporate purchased programs and vendor relationships for compliance and cost containment. Directly supervise installation process associates, including performance planning and maintaining open communication with the team. Participate with the CORO leadership team to ensure alignment and open/timely communication. Manage independent contractors, including contracts, selection and training, to ensure adequate installation process capacity. Routinely work with homeowners to resolve installation process issues. Direction of Others
Directly manage all associates involved in the installation process. Qualifications and Skills
Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Holds Florida General Contractor's license. A minimum of 7 years of work experience in home improvement or related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years of direct supervision experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques preferred. Experience recruiting and managing independent contractors. Ability to lead in a team environment. Basic financial knowledge; previous P&L responsibility helpful but not required. Salary Information
Pay is based on factors including work experience, education, geographic location, and certifications. The expected salary range for this role is $99,216 - $153,784, plus an annual incentive. Culture and Benefits
