About the Role Full‑time Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to provide therapy for a diverse caseload of children, adolescents, and adults, using evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness—via in‑person or telehealth.

What You’ll Do As an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, you’ll provide therapy for a diverse caseload of children, adolescents, and adults (in‑person or via telehealth). You’ll integrate evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients manage conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, substance use, and eating disorders.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and/or family therapy using CBT, DBT, and other evidence‑based interventions
Treat a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, and co‑occurring substance use disorders
Collaborate with clients (and families when appropriate) to create and follow treatment plans
Deliver culturally competent, client‑centered care
Conduct health and behavior assessments when clinically indicated
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and billing
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Texas license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
Experience providing therapy to diverse populations across the lifespan
Physical Demands
Ability to sit for long periods
Normal or corrected vision and hearing required
