commensurate with experience starting $68,000

Responsibilities
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
Outpatient experience within the last 3 years
Herman and Wallace level 1 or equivalent certification through the APTA
Valid State Physical Therapist license
CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Pelvic Health Experience in the last year
Herman and Wallace Level 2 or equivalent certification through the APTA
