Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met. Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and that quality care adapts to changing needs. Maintain consistent quality resident care and service delivery across shifts; may assume roles of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet needs and staffing requirements. Assist in supervising licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and education; manage schedules. Oversee medication training, pharmacy management and supervision or administration; conduct periodic medication skills inventories and audits per Brookdale guidelines. Share on-call duties as required. Obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and have 1-2 years relevant experience. LPN or LVN license is required.
