Overview
Physical Therapist - Full Time 35-40 hours weekly (Covering Greenville & New Wilmington SNF's) Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? Our Rehab Team at St. Paul\'s in Greenville, PA and Shenango on the Green in New Wilmington, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member. This role averages 35-40 weekly hours and will be split between two senior communities; mileage allowance and travel time are provided on days covering both buildings if applicable. A rotation of weekend days occurs every 3-4 weeks.
Responsibilities
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans in collaboration with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community served.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
Hold a valid or pending state license (for newer graduates).
Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation is beneficial but not required.
