Schedule We work NO WEEKENDS!
Monday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday alternating 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room
Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient
Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back‑office experience
Actively monitor lab materials and supplies
Develop a relationship with the patient
Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines
Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed
Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs
Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience working as a Dental Assistant
High school diploma or GED
Other certifications as required by the state, e.g., Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF)Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with dental softwares such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar is preferred
