Kratos Defense & Security Solutions Indiana Site Hiring Announcement
Kratos is expanding its operations in Indiana to support critical national defense programs, including radar sustainment and modernization, advanced manufacturing, microelectronics, and hypersonics test initiatives. Our new facilities at NSWC Crane and the surrounding WestGate Technology Park are central to this growth. As part of this strategic growth, we are establishing a talent pipeline for technical and programmatic positions across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications (General) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (advanced degrees a plus). Relevant experience in defense systems, radar technologies, or DoD program execution. Familiarity with
Navy radar systems (AN/SPY-1, AEGIS, or similar)
is strongly preferred. Experience with DoD acquisition environments, including
OTAs, depot sustainment, or digital engineering frameworks . Ability to obtain and maintain a
DoD Secret clearance
(higher levels may be required for certain roles). Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work across industry and government teams.
