at the Indiana Site. Candidates will be considered for roles aligned with their experience as positions formally open. Qualifications (General) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (advanced degrees a plus). Relevant experience in defense systems, radar technologies, or DoD program execution. Familiarity with

Navy radar systems (AN/SPY-1, AEGIS, or similar)

is strongly preferred. Experience with DoD acquisition environments, including

OTAs, depot sustainment, or digital engineering frameworks . Ability to obtain and maintain a

DoD Secret clearance

(higher levels may be required for certain roles). Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work across industry and government teams.
