Position Highlights
Full-Time, 40 hours
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8:00-18:00
Location: Lisle, IL (travel to 40 S. Clay, Hinsdale, IL)

Responsibilities
Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vital sign measurement, and health history collection
Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes, and other first aid procedures
Assist with immunizations or injections (as certified medical assistants)
Assist patients with prescription requests, address pharmacy callbacks, process provider orders, update charting, and filing
Conduct onsite lab testing (EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, urine pregnancy tests)
Maintain clean, warm, inviting examination rooms for patient visits
Provide excellent customer service, exemplifying Duly Health and Care CARE values
Travel to assist other local clinics may be required
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Completion of medical assistant educational program or higher education courses in health sciences or related experience required
Active medical assistant certification (AMT, NCCT, NHA, ARMA, AAMA) required for certain specialties
CPR certification or willingness to become certified upon hire required
Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days of hire
Prior experience as MA, CMA, CNA, EMT or 2+ years working in a medical office assisting with patient care required
Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
