Responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and educating patients receiving Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation (ICR), Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR), Pulmonary Rehabilitation (PR), and Supervised Exercise Therapy for Peripheral Artery Disease (SET for PAD), chronic disease management, and primary and secondary prevention programming. Shift Details:

Opens Monday – Friday 0630–1700. Includes weekend/holiday inpatient rotation at Froedtert Hospital. Responsibilities

Lead exercise sessions and program design for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation patients. Assess patient progress and adjust individualized exercise plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and families on exercise, nutrition, and disease prevention. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology or related field required. Master's degree preferred. ACSM Exercise Specialist and/or Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification preferred. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within one year. Internship in a cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program preferred. Participation in State and/or National Professional Organization preferred. Perks & Benefits
