Provide assessment and intervention services and strategies to foster growth and development for children birth through age three. Deliver primarily home-based services designed to involve parents in providing family-oriented social, nutritional, developmental, and behavioral opportunities for their children. Work as a trans-disciplinary team member to support the development and implementation of the Individualized Family Services Plan (IFSP) for clients of the organization. Collaborate with team disciplines including early childhood or special education, social work, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. Qualifications
Master\'s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and license to practice, or eligibility for licensure. CFY candidates are encouraged to apply. Organization
