Speech Teacher/Speech Language Pathologist

The Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES is looking for a full-time Licensed Speech Language Pathologist and/or Certified Speech Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will provide services to students with disabilities in integrated settings. This is a 10-month position, following the school calendar, with an opportunity to work over the summer. Candidates looking for part-time work may also be considered.
Responsibilities
Develop therapy and treatment plans for students with speech disorders.
Implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.
Establish treatment goals and milestones with students.
Update student progress to relevant parties.
Qualifications
Familiarity with communication disorders.
Ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and families.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive and patient demeanor.
The Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES offers a competitive salary and benefits package:
Minimum starting salary is $54,308 - Pay is commensurate with education and experience.
