Speech‑Language Pathologist - Temple View
Flagship Therapy is recruiting a Full‑Time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for our post‑acute care facility, Temple View Transitional Care, located in Rexburg, ID.
The position requires exceptional clinical skills and a collaborative spirit to support patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Duties
Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans that meet regulatory and clinical standards.
Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications
Speech‑Language Pathology license is required.
The position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.
