This position focuses on the maintenance and repair of slot machines in a casino environment, with an emphasis on troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electronic components, and ensuring machines are functioning properly to enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities
Participate in departmental and company meetings. Perform routine maintenance on slot machines. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with slot machines. Replace faulty parts and components as needed. Test machines to ensure they are functioning properly. Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed. Communicate with other casino staff to ensure machines are functioning properly. Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons. Handle routine guest complaints and incidents, and escalate to supervisory personnel as needed to maintain positive guest relationships. Work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED, required Bachelor’s degree, preferred Experience in troubleshooting and repairing slot machines, preferred Must be 21 years of age or older Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components Ten-key experience Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Excel Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays Effective English communication, verbal and written Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Gaming License Perks & Benefits
