Independent Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist. Ellie Mental Health is a multi-clinic organization expanding nationwide, offering centralized administrative, technology, referral, scheduling, billing, and CEU support to clinicians. We emphasize autonomy, flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination, with opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy services, as well as telehealth. We are seeking passionate, energetic, and authentic clinicians to serve our growing client base in Westerville, OH and Worthington, OH. Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, case notes) according to company policy Maintain a caseload that meets the minimum requirements: full-time = at least 25 client visits per week; part-time = at least 15 client visits per week Provide an excellent client experience and collaborate with a dynamic team to address community needs Contribute to a positive therapist experience and engage in creative interventions to help clients achieve goals Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, Ellie teammates, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training Additional meaningful duties as needed Required Qualifications and Skills
Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university Independent clinical licensure (e.g., IMFT, LPCC, LISW) with a valid state license Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to set and model stable boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit documentation on time Comfort working with a diverse client base Proficiency with standard office technology and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant a plus) Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory license (e.g., IMFT-S, LPCC-S, LISW-S) is a plus Experience with couples and families; working with children, adolescents, and teens desired General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing; prior experience with mental health documentation What We Have to Offer
