Brighton Care Center is a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute and outpatient services provided. We are in a small town yet convenient to the city! Help us expand our therapy programming to include Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud and wound care. As a therapy professional, you will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to best meet the needs of your patients. Responsibilities
We have leadership opportunities in therapy management, culture, administration, and advanced clinical skills. Collaborate with in-house therapy and all departments; participate in cluster models and grow clinically and professionally. Support population needs with clinical systems and specialty programs; jump in, build on a solid foundation, and lead a team to collaboration with nursing and therapy teams. Work in an in-house therapy setting (no contract therapy company); share goals with the facility. Benefits / Perks
