Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CF, or SLPA) – Outpatient Clinic Oklahoma City, OK – Shepherd Clinic | Full-Time | Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Therapitas is a leading pediatric outpatient clinic that provides high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic SLP to join our multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children. This role supports bilingual service provision and professional growth within a collaborative environment. What You’ll Do
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients. Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence. Document services with an EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations. Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on needs. What We’re Looking For
SLP
– Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation). SLPA
– Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders. Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain). Experience or interest in pediatrics; passion for helping children thrive. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset. Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs may receive a bonus. What We Offer
