Occupational Therapist (OT) - NHC Dickson - PRN
We are an in‑house therapy team that prioritizes quality care and offers a culture of recognition, empowerment, and fun. Located in Dickson, TN, our team provides skilled, purposeful rehabilitation to a diverse patient population in a family‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to skilled nursing facility residents, maximizing function and quality of life.
Deliver care on weekdays and weekends as a PRN therapist.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to set and achieve rehabilitation goals.
Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications
Graduated from an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapist program and currently certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT.
Active Tennessee OT license.
Reliable transportation, positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is a plus.
