Proactively work to improve equipment uptimes and efficiencies Supervise and assist maintenance personnel Responsible for maintenance personnel performance evaluations and interviews Oversee the procurement of equipment, repair parts, and supplies Develop and conduct training activities Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance procedures Process employees' Kronos records for weekly payroll Additional responsibilities as required – this position is subject to change as the needs of the department change ACADEMICS AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA
2 years of Supervisory experience in unionized manufacturing required Associate degree in a related field (maintenance, electrical, etc.), or combination of education and related experience 3 - 5 years of maintenance management in unionized manufacturing - including supervisory & training Manufacturing/Automotive Experience required Press Maintenance required Skilled Trades Supervisory experience required What is in it for YOU?
