Key Responsibilities

Design, simulate, implement, and test

multi-stage low-noise RF amplifiers . Select and integrate components including

MMICs, LNAs, bias networks, and digital attenuators . Operate and analyze results from

RF test equipment

(signal generators, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, etc.). Use

RF simulation tools

such as Keysight ADS, CST Studio, and Ansys HFSS for modeling and optimization. Design and integrate

EMI/RF shielding solutions

for sensitive circuits. Perform

schematic capture and PCB layout

(Altium Designer preferred). Calculate and optimize

noise figure (NF), SNR, gain, and linearity . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are

manufacturable and scalable . Provide design improvements and performance enhancements based on testing/feedback. Ensure compliance with

certification standards and industry regulations . Stay current with

RF amplifier design advancements

to drive innovation. Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with

RF amplifier design and development . Strong knowledge of

low-noise/high-gain amplifier circuits . Proficiency in

RF test equipment operation and measurement techniques . Experience with

RF simulation tools

(ADS, CST, HFSS, or similar). PCB layout and schematic design experience ( Altium Designer preferred ). Strong problem-solving skills with focus on performance optimization. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

analog circuit modeling

using LTspice, QUCS, QSPICE, Tina TI, or similar. Familiarity with

high-speed digital signal integrity analysis . Prior work in

RF shielding, noise reduction, and precision circuit optimization .
