Mechanic Technician – Heavy Duty Truck & Diesel
Summary Join FleetEasy as a Mechanic Technician and work in a dynamic environment where you repair and maintain a variety of customer‑owned and company‑owned heavy‑duty vehicles. You will contribute to our towing, repair, and spill‑response operations while enjoying a supportive culture, growth opportunities, and recognition for hard work and creativity.
Shift Schedule Work 4 days per week (10 hours) or 5 days per week (8 hours). Night on‑call once per week and a weekend on‑call every four weeks.

Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance on fleet and heavy‑duty vehicles in a well‑equipped shop.
Conduct mechanical emergency road service calls from a Sprinter van.
Ensure repairs and services meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Participate in training and development opportunities to expand skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience in heavy‑duty truck and diesel mechanics or a related field.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
Reside within 30 Google minutes of the Auburn Shop.
Family Time Family comes first—time off is approved when family matters arise. Other leave requests require notice and are approved over 95% of the time.
