Job Summary
Our new birth center offers next‑generation comfort and technologically equipped care to support growing families with optimized experiences and outcomes. We have modernized our maternity services, including labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, and our 24‑bed Level III NICU to create spacious, nurturing environments for the 2,400 deliveries and 500 NICU admissions we handle each year.

Pregnancy care center – with private triage, antepartum, and birthing rooms
Children’s play area – to soothe anxious families in the waiting room
Private spaces – to meet and consult with families
Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality labor and delivery care and patient education throughout the pregnancy continuum.
Monitor fetal status and perform neonatal resuscitation as needed.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage complex obstetric and neonatal cases.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Advocate for family‑centered care and support partner bonding during labor and delivery.
Qualifications
One (1) year of Labor and Delivery experience.
Valid RN license issued by the state of California.
Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring.
Training in Fire Safety.

Pay Range $56.99 – $76.01 per hour
