Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $34.37 per hour
Quarterly Bonus: up to $500 every quarter
Tool Box/Tool Allowance
Sign on Bonus: $5,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday; Weekends OFF
Hours: Second Shift 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Vocational or Technical Certification (preferred)
Basic tools required
Experience with mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including routine maintenance, diagnostics, and advanced repairs
Four (4) years or more relevant work experience (preferred)
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A (preferred)
Ability to obtain CDL within 6 months of hire if not already issued
Valid Drug Test, DOT physical, and background check
Additional Requirements
Ability to perform all T3 tasks
Advanced analytical and repair skills in vehicle maintenance
Effective interpersonal communication skills
Basic computer skills: PC, Windows, mouse
Can lift up to 50 pounds
Work shift work/weekends and on‑call duty as required
Prefer ASE Certification in PM, Brakes, A/C, electrical, Electronics or ASE Master Mechanic
Proficient with shop computers and diagnostic test equipment
Minimum tool requirement must be met
Can road test vehicles as necessary
Ability to coach/mentor others
Responsibilities
Complete SBTIII training within 180 days (SBT220)
Complete all OEM online diagnostic scan tool software courses (within 365 days)
Complete instructor‑led OEM courses as required to support fleet mix
Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties including standard, preventive, and complex repairs with minimal support
Access and use internal and external maintenance documents
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic computers/software
Perform remote triage with RCRC and customers for roadside breakdowns
Perform facility maintenance duties
Interact with customers/drivers to determine nature of complaint
Instruct and advise other technicians on maintenance repair procedures and diagnostics
Coach/mentor other level technicians
Advise shop management and technicians on shop repairs
Utilize key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation
Work in accordance with all safety, DOT, MOT compliance guidelines
Other support duties as required; including but not limited to Service Island support
