What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide advanced product-level expertise and lead complex deployments for SASE products
Conduct in-depth training sessions and workshops to drive product adoption
Act as a strategic advisor, managing complex customer engagements and escalations
Proactively communicate new features and best practices to customers
Assess and address gaps in deployment, translating them into strategic action plans
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of hands-on experience in network security, cloud infrastructure, and related technologies
Advanced knowledge of SASE, SD-WAN, and sophisticated routing protocols such as BGP
Proven track record in driving product adoption and delivering advanced training programs
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level contacts
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, SSL, IPSec, PKI, and advanced troubleshooting tools like tcpdump & Wireshark
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with SD-WAN, CASB, or Cloud/SaaS products
Certifications such as PCNSE, CCNP, CCSP, and CISSP
Background in Internet and Security technologies including Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, and VPNs
Knowledge of public cloud networking and virtualization technologies
Experience designing, deploying, and managing large enterprise networks
