What you’ll do
Keep production moving: troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical issues across the plant.
Stay ahead of failures: plan and complete preventive maintenance with our computerized maintenance system to keep equipment at peak performance.
Build and improve: fabricate parts and structures as needed; assist with installing new equipment to support growth.
Lead with safety: follow and promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and rigorous safety standards.
When you’ll work
Day Shift: 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Sunday–Thursday (subject to change).
Flexibility: ability and willingness to rotate across all three shifts to support operations, maintenance needs, and absences.
Must-haves
Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic; food processing or bakery manufacturing background preferred.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a track record of maximizing equipment uptime.
Mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical aptitude; able to read prints, schematics, and manuals and source parts.
Team‑oriented communicator who collaborates well in a fast‑paced setting.
Nice-to-haves
Quick, confident decision‑making on the floor.
Excellent organization and time management.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, for maintenance tracking and communication.
