As a Dutch Speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you will be the go-to contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions will significantly enhance our customers\' satisfaction and engagement with our e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding e-commerce support to Dutch-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone communications. Troubleshoot and effectively resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, and product information. Guide customers through the online shopping process, assisting them as needed. Document customer interactions and feedback to continually improve our services. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational processes and share best practices for customer service. Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and industry developments. Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong customer service skills and a focus on resolving issues effectively. Experience in e-commerce support or a related customer service role is preferred but not required. Technical proficiency to navigate online platforms and troubleshoot basic issues. Self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote setting. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. A positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to help customers achieve a satisfying experience. Benefits
