3rd Shift Production Supervisor for a direct-hire position.
Pay range:
$20 – 30 DOE Hours:
11:45 pm to 9 am
The 3 rd
Shift Production Supervisor is responsible foroverseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. The supervisor also plays a key role in troubleshooting equipment issues, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Directly supervise and train manufacturing employees.Ensuring proper procedures and safety rules are followed. Lead, train, and coach molding machine operators and technicians. Promote teamwork, respect, and a high-performance culture. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.Minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency. Coordinate mold changes, start-ups, and shutdowns. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality systems, and company policies. Work collaboratively with maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering teams. Maintain and enforce safe working conditions. Identify equipment improvements/repairs and initiate work orders. Requirements:
Manufacturing experience Hands-on experience required Prior supervisory experience with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and mechanical aptitude skills Injection Molding experience Process experience Excellent coaching and delegating skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Quality Control experience preferred Good verbal and written communication skills
