Own and manage
a pipeline of marketplace sellers and brands Guide sellers
through onboarding, educate on Seller Center, item setup, shipping, operational tools Drive sales and category expansion
by identifying in-demand assortment, optimizing seller performance Build and maintain relationships
with key external partners, including trade associations, vendors, and service providers Collaborate with seller
to define launch plans, initial sales strategies Represent
Walmart
at industry events and promote platform Work closely with internal teams
to ensure seamless seller experience and platform improvements Success in this role
is measured by the number of successful seller launches, sales growth, Walmart program adoption and category growth. Additional metrics include seller onboarding cycle and strength of partner engagement What you'll bring: Minimum 3+ years in business development, sales, or marketplace operations, with success in managing pipelines and onboarding sellers, including cross-border recruitment. Preferred experience in eCommerce or retail marketplaces, and familiarity with Walmart Fulfillment Services, Walmart Connect, SEM, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Looker. Spanish fluency is a plus. Core Skills: Strategic thinking, sales and negotiation, relationship management, project coordination, and clear communication. Strong data fluency and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Cultural intelligence to tailor strategies to regional market dynamics.
