Production Planner/Master Scheduler
– Phoenix, AZ, United States 85085 Duration: 24+ Months Pay rate: $30.00 - $35.21 per hour Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $35.21/hr This role ensures a timely flow of raw materials, parts, subassemblies, assemblies, or finished goods from external and/or internal suppliers. It includes locating and expediting critical materials and coordinating across teams to meet production needs. Responsibilities
Review and monitor open sales order reports, forecast schedules, and stock inventory; maintain, update, and input material control data systems or records and verify reports for accuracy; adjust material counts when discrepancies are noted. Represent the department in shipment status meetings and follow up to ensure commitments are met. Plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Provide input to management; schedule and/or interface with Marketing, Sales, Production and Engineering managers. Demonstrate the ability to think critically and maintain a process improvement mindset. Operate in a fast-paced environment in production and scheduling in support of internal and external customers. Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, or Spares Operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment in production and scheduling. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Onsite flexibility. Willing to work Dayshift Sundays-Thursdays or Tuesdays-Saturdays (plus). Schedule & Location
