Project Manager . The primary role of the Project Manager includes overseeing PIPECARE's operational projects at the corporate office and subsidiaries. These projects involve mobilizing resources to Oil & Gas fields, servicing pipelines, conducting field surveys and verifications, demobilizing equipment after completion, and reporting. The candidate will lead a project team, managing project budgets, execution, and control. Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities:
Prepare, sign, and submit pigging reports, daily reports, and other relevant documentation to the Project Manager. Discuss equipment and tools requirements for field operations. Report non-compliances, near-misses, and safety issues. Attend safety, technical, and professional development trainings. Analyze project documents, operation manuals, and procedures. Establish professional relations with client’s field personnel. Manage and develop the team to execute field work safely, effectively, and efficiently, adhering to time, resource, and financial plans. Authorize work stoppages if safety concerns arise. Coordinate activities between teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders. Visit client sites for meetings, surveys, and risk assessments. Perform additional tasks as assigned by POM and the Executive Team. Skills/Experience:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant) with 10+ years of operation planning experience. Experience in Oil and Gas sector, preferably with ILI exposure. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage. Willingness and ability to travel extensively. Physical and Mental Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Mobility to walk, climb, and access various sites and platforms. Effective communication skills. Ability to focus and multitask. Willingness to wear safety equipment as required. Sufficient mobility and reflexes for office and site duties.
