The Customer Service Representative II will consistently and successfully interact with and assist customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, pricing, lead times, services, handles and resolve complaints. Act as the liaison between the customer and LISI Aerospace. This document does not create an employment contract, implied or otherwise, other than an at-will relationship. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to requests for quotations by providing price, lead-time, available certifications and prints if necessary for the customer’s fastener requirements in a timely manner. Request and collect market intel on current pricing and lead times from customers to relay to Operations, Sales Management and Marketing to understand trends in price, lead times and end-user needs. Assist customers with the status of their open purchase orders by providing current ship dates, shipment information, and delays; research for possible assistance. Update LISI team members (Operations, Engineering, Regional Sales Managers) with customer specifications, technical documents and end-user clauses. Enter new purchase orders and purchase order changes while communicating with the customer and coordinating within LISI Operations. Engage in a courteous, practical manner when conducting company business at all times. Assist and resolve problems and inconsistencies and suggest corrective actions. Provide excellent customer service at all times, including difficult situations. Perform administrative clerical duties including filing, data entry and copying documents. Perform, evaluate and determine root causes of sales order discrepancies and work with all levels of team members to resolve customer issues. Comply with Federal, Local, and State regulations, as well as LISI Aerospace and HSE procedures. Attend all training provided and adhere to HSE procedures, policies, and plans; conform to reporting requirements and safe operating procedures. Bring any known or suspected nonconformances to management’s attention immediately. Continually seek opportunities to improve HSE performance by establishing objectives, measuring progress, and reporting results. Perform and assist with special projects as necessary. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Essential Job Requirements, Skills, and Abilities

Education and/or Experience High school diploma with Business Administration Certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a fastener industry. Fundamental working knowledge of administrative clerical skills in sales and marketing. Computer Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database software, internet; payroll systems and/or project management software. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; write simple correspondence; present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings. Mathematical, Reasoning skills Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions and solve problems with a few concrete variables.
