About this Role

Crux has been leading the way for over two decades, revolutionizing transmission line foundations, retention systems, and ground improvement, and recovery services. As a Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive impactful projects and collaborate with owners and contractors through our efficient EPC approach. Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 DOE Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance Provided with Premium Cost Share between employer and employee. 401k and Roth contribution with company match eligibility. Vacation and Sick Leave accrual in accordance with company plans. What You'll Do

Project Estimating and Management: Take charge of civil projects involving deep foundations, retention systems, ground improvement, and dewatering scope. Site Evaluation: Embark on site visits to evaluate conditions for strategic decision-making. Document Analysis: Analyze drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports to inform project execution. Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to assemble the project team. Cost Estimating and Budgeting: Prepare estimates, proposals, and budgets for project success. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate construction contracts with legal experts. Project Submittals: Prepare project submittals that include construction methods, design calculations, and materials. Quality Control and Cost Management: Ensure quality and manage costs effectively. Safety Compliance: Implement safety measures for secure project execution. Project Billing and Closure: Manage project billings and documentation for project closure. Training and Development: Participate in company-wide training sessions to stay updated on industry trends. What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 5+ years of experience in civil or geotechnical engineering. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Understanding of construction methods. Willingness to travel to job sites. Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Prior project management experience is preferred. A valid driver's license. Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $130,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications. Equal Opportunity Employer
