What You’ll Be Doing
Daily Operations: Supervise all practice activities, manage opening and closing duties, and ensure effective coverage for all positions.
Communication & Leadership: Plan, organize, and facilitate daily morning huddles and team meetings, and develop positive relationships with doctors and regional managers.
Practice Performance: Achieve results by meeting or exceeding expected monthly and quarterly performance metrics, and monitor, analyze, and report on weekly/monthly KPI’s.
Team Member Management & Support: Supervise all practice team members, provide guidance, coaching, and support, and manage practice recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
Patient Support & Guidance: Communicate with patients in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner, and prioritize the patient experience.
What You Will Bring

Communication: Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to over-communicate to eliminate doubts and adapt communication style to suit the audience.
