About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturer that supports major national accounts. They’re seeking a Client Order Management Specialist to take ownership of customer orders, ensuring accurate processing, timely shipping, and excellent service.
This is not just a customer service role—it’s a stepping stone into leadership. Over time, you’ll grow into supervising a parts assistant, overseeing department inventory, and managing pricing records. What You’ll Be Doing
Answer customer calls, verify part availability and pricing, and process orders. Generate invoices and ensure all orders ship on time. Track shipments, resolve customer complaints, and collaborate with other departments to solve issues. Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting. Develop into a leadership role: supervise a parts assistant, oversee inventory, and manage departmental systems. What They’re Looking For
Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or inside sales (sales experience preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for order entry, invoicing, and record keeping.
