1st Shift Modular Construction Supervisor
at our Thompson Road facility in Fenton, Michigan. What You’ll Do
Supervise and lead a workforce in the assembly and construction of modular mechanical equipment rooms. Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Coordinate with engineering and project management to ensure specifications and deadlines are met. Monitor performance, coach team members, and provide hands-on guidance to support growth and development. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and employee performance. Enforce company policies, safety standards, and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations. Troubleshoot issues on the floor and implement corrective actions quickly. Participate in planning meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in a construction, modular assembly, or fabrication supervisory role. Strong understanding of modular systems, construction methods, or HVAC/mechanical systems preferred. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Excellent communication and organizational skills. High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred. Ability to work on-site full time on 1st shift (Monday-Friday). What We Offer
