Identifying inefficiencies, non–value-added activities, and improvement areas through data analysis and on-site observations. Designing and executing improvement actions focused on Safety, Quality, Cost, and Efficiency across different business functions. Actively scouting for and proposing new initiatives aligned with strategic and operational goals. Creating, updating, and ensuring adherence to standardized work processes and procedures. Applying Lean tools such as VSM, 5S, Visual Management, SMED, Root Cause Analysis, to support process optimization and performance tracking. Measuring the effectiveness of improvement activities using Key Performance Indicators like OEE, productivity, quality metrics. Coordinating and tracking the execution of the Continuous Improvement plan, including periodic reviews and internal audits. Acting as a mentor to team members, promoting a culture of Continuous Improvement by transferring knowledge and developing problem-solving capabilities. Operates with moderate supervision, focused on specific processes or departments within the organization. May support knowledge sharing in small groups or teams. Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Life Sciences, or related technical field. 3 to 4 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical field or other regulated area, in the implementation of improvement programs and projects (Lean, Six-Sigma, Kaizen). Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, VSM, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Yellow Belt certification Fluent in English, written and spoken Your motivation
