Must enter customer data into database accurately and efficiently. Must learn and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Operator NetSuite experience is mandatory Must have excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Must have sales experience and the ability to upsell products or services.
