Competitive PTO and work-from-home opportunities after an introductory period About the Role The Business Development Representative will support and manage new and existing accounts for RTS Carrier Services, focusing on implementing and onboarding new business and maintaining and growing wallet-share. Responsibilities Work closely with the sales team to set up new business Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful onboarding of new clients Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and communication Analyze existing client accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Ensure timely and successful delivery of requests and solutions according to client needs and objectives Communicate the status of all client relationships clearly and timely Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed Participate in strategic planning, including corporate positioning, competitive analysis, customer segment selection, and penetration plans Track metrics for all programs and activities Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 2+ years of customer service or account management experience Passion to learn and relationship-driven Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment Highly organized with the ability to multi-task Self-motivated and self-sufficient, with the confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed Critical thinking and negotiation skills Attention to detail Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite) Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal EEO Statement
