**Qualifications Needed:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 0-3 years of relevant experience in legal, ethics, compliance, or internal audit - Preferred certifications: JD, CCEP, CRCM, LPEC, or similar - Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills - Proficient in time management and able to work independently - Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities - Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Access
