: We embrace innovation to craft unique culinary and event experiences. As a Catering Operations Coordinator, you will work with the Catering Operations Manager to assist with scheduling and payroll as well as assist at off-site events. Catering Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Scheduling of event staff for 20-50 events per week Preparation and review of weekly payroll Actively involved in the recruitment, hiring and training of event staff Provides feedback for the Operations and Sales teams Monitors and follows up on productivity goals Ensure service needs are being met at all events Reviews and adjusts staffing needs based on sales recommendations Provide off site service as Event Supervisor as needed Performs additional operational duties as necessary Catering Service Coordinator Required Qualifications
2 years’ experience in a hospitality service administrative position Passionate about people, food and service Individuals that demonstrate time management, organizational skills, authentic customer service, excellent verbal and written communication, and computer proficiency College degree or equivalent work experience preferred Ability to effectively communicate with guests and staff Ability to work with/around all weather conditions Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, overnight and weekend shifts as needed
