Overview
H2O Innovation, a smart water treatment solutions company, is looking for a Project Manager Technologies & Services to lead water and wastewater treatment projects focused on membrane technologies (UF/RO/MBR). The position is available for remote work across the US or Canada, or locally near our offices. The project manager will coordinate engineering, fabrication, and internal financial reporting to deliver projects ranging from under 1 MGD to 40 MGD.
Base Pay Range
$90,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr

The Day-to-Day
Coordinate conception of automated water & wastewater treatment systems across mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams. Work with production teams to transition projects from conception to fabrication. Synchronize delivery with service, aftermarket & commissioning teams. Collaborate with finance to ensure projects are financially viable. Participate in client meetings to detail conception and delivery processes. Lead all project activities from contract signature through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, shipping, installation, startups, and client training. Advocate for quality and maintain schedules. Provide feedback on lessons learned during execution. Support field installation, commissioning, and startups. Lead a team of experts and seek guidance when needed. Analyze problems following engineering principles.
The Skills We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Water Engineering (or equivalent). Understanding of water & wastewater treatment systems; experience with RO, UF, and MBR systems. Experience managing projects focused on temporary/rental water and wastewater equipment. Minimum seven years of related experience in water treatment project management. Proven project management experience with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. Experience using MS Project. Experience with an ERP system (ideally IFS). Strong, concise communication skills. Self‑motivated with excellent planning, organization, and time‑management skills. Dedication to safety. Aptitude for customer service. Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10‑15% of the time. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
