Holt CAT in Anna, Texas is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment-Shop Service Technician. This position is responsible for providing high-quality repair services on heavy equipment in a shop environment, responding to customer needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner, and ensuring maximum value for work performed. Must have 3 years of experience on heavy construction equipment. The hours are Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM. Our address is 451 E. Outer Loop Road, Anna, Texas 75409.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have:
Experience troubleshooting and performing complex repairs on pumps, hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical issues.
At least 3 years of troubleshooting and repair experience on heavy equipment such as dozers, backhoes, front-end loaders, excavators, etc.
Ability to diagnose and repair equipment using electronic and manual tools to determine failure.
Experience troubleshooting Tier 4 Final Emissions Systems and Exhaust Gas Recirculation Systems.
Proper documentation of all work orders.
GED or High School Diploma preferred; Diesel Tech Schooling highly desired.
Steady employment history and a valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain a forklift license.
Physical ability to reach, bend, walk frequently, lift approximately 50 pounds about 5 times a day, and stand/walk for extended periods.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, attendance, and productivity with limited supervision.
Own tools are required.
