Job Overview Vapor Armour is seeking an experienced, safety‑driven Traveling Roofing Foreman to lead our field operations team on commercial low slope roofing projects nationwide. This full‑time, travel‑based role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence. As the on‑site supervisor, you’ll coordinate crews, manage project execution, and ensure top‑tier installation of our patented Vapor Armour™ membrane systems across cold storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate roofing crews (5-15 members) on commercial low slope projects

Enforce OSHA compliance and conduct daily safety talks

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders

Track job progress and complete daily reports (labor, materials, photos)

Lead jobsite communication with project managers, clients, and team members

Train and mentor crew members to build a cohesive, high‑performing team

Troubleshoot and resolve jobsite issues to avoid delaysCoordinate material deliveries and manage on‑site tools and equipment

Uphold company reputation through professional behavior at all job sites

Travel extensively for project assignments throughout the U.S. and Canada

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience, including 2 years as a foreman

Proficiency in TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, and BUR systems

Strong leadership, time management, and team‑building skills

Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)

Familiarity with OSHA regulations and enforcement

Ability to read and work from construction documents and specifications

Physically able to work at heights and in extreme weather conditions

Willing to travel up to 100%, including overnights

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid REAL ID and passport for work‑related travel

Preferred Qualifications

OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Ability to drive larger work trucks is a plus
