The Opportunity: We’re hiring a

2nd Shift Production Supervisor

(2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) to oversee production operations on the floor. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing while supporting cross-functional collaboration and driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

Manage production schedules, staffing, and parts availability to meet delivery goals

Ensure safety, environmental, and company policy compliance

Train, mentor, and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly employees

Partner with Safety Manager to maintain a safe workplace

Drive performance in 6S, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost metrics

Identify and reduce waste to improve quality, productivity, and lead times

Document process changes and updates (ECRs, quality alerts, work instructions)

Troubleshoot production and quality issues and implement corrective actions

Hire, manage, and develop direct reports, including performance management and career planning

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations

At least 7 years leading and supervising LEAN manufacturing

CPIM or Six Sigma certification (preferred)

Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and lead teams effectively
