Client Relationship Management focuses on building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients through effective communication, service delivery, and strategic account management. Finance Management, Cost Control, and Profitability encompasses monitoring budgets, controlling operational expenses, and implementing strategies to maximize financial performance and return on investment.**What your day-to-day will look like:*** Assist with vendor management for maintenance of janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, critical systems, HVAC, and others defined within the portfolio of respective sites* Act as an ambassador for JLL by behaving consistently with cultural and ethical requirements* Proactively manage the site operations team* Inspect and verify work completed by contractors* Work with Engineering team to ensure on-time completion of work orders**Required Qualifications:*** Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related field.* Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms.* Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills* Great Customer service skills* Support work order management for in house staff and vendors as necessary.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Property, Business or related field desirable.* Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms.* Support the Facility Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client.* Help to develop and approve the annual capital plan for each building, interfacing closely with the client**Location:**Onsite Nashville, TN 37219**Work Shift:**Day Shift**Salary/ Comp:**$65,000-$85,000 including 7.5% target annual bonus**Location:**On-site –Nashville, TN**Job Tags:**If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
