Position Summary
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress, and adjusting performance accordingly. Develops contingency plans, demonstrates adaptability, and supports continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment, establishing performance expectations, conducting regular evaluations, providing recognition and rewards, coaching for success and improvement, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others, ensuring compliance, and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are met by evaluating current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with stakeholders, soliciting suggestions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and supporting community outreach events. Manages multiple projects by defining scope, establishing activities and milestones, coordinating planning, tracking changes, managing governance, resources, budgets, and delivering reports to stakeholders. Manages content management initiatives by evaluating requests, designing and maintaining tools, collaborating on content development, and ensuring standards are met. Manages processes and procedures by analyzing data, evaluating performance, developing improvements, and ensuring sustainability and stakeholder buy-in. Manages behavior change and process improvement programs by evaluating needs, partnering with teams, developing strategies, and monitoring performance. Builds high-performing teams, embraces diversity, creates a culture of belonging, and works collaboratively to attract, develop, and retain talent. Acts with integrity, maintains high standards, models company values, and supports a culture of ethics and compliance. Delivers results by prioritizing customer needs, making data-driven decisions, and balancing priorities. Encourages continuous learning, adopts new technologies, and supports change to drive excellence. The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00-$174,000.00, with additional compensation for performance, location, and stock options. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area. Preferred Qualifications
Developing and delivering training, Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management Certification, Retail consulting, Six Sigma certification, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience working with cross-functional teams. Primary Location
