Financial Performance Analyst
Position located on our campus in Madison, WI. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
As a Financial Performance Analyst, you will ensure the financial success of the nation's largest healthcare organizations by monitoring operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis. You will own customer relationships early, lead discussions and impact decision‑making of healthcare executives. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will isolate potential financial risks for our customers, while your communication and relationship‑management skills will convey those risks effectively. By applying numerical analysis to revenue‑cycle risk factors, you will directly impact the transformation of the healthcare industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related area with a strong academic record
Preferred work experience in a finance‑related field
Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL
Ability to assess the accuracy of data based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts
Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
