Join our team as a Materials Planner at our San Antonio facility, where you’ll play a key role in orchestrating the seamless flow of materials for the production of Class 6‑8 commercial trucks and electric vehicles. Develop and execute material plans to support production schedules, ensuring timely availability of parts and raw materials. Collaborate closely with engineering, purchasing, and production teams to determine material requirements based on engineering and production schedules. Monitor and coordinate the movement of materials through each phase of the manufacturing process. Create and maintain accurate supply‑chain data, including bills of materials and parts information, within procurement and enterprise systems. Assist in developing specifications for new contracts and optimize inventory levels to meet operational needs. Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to work effectively within a team environment Nice to Have Skills
Experience with supply chain management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Knowledge of manufacturing or automotive production processes Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with no prior experience required Minimum of 2 years of shop order planning and purchasing experience Other Requirements
Availability for 10‑hour workdays, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM with lunch Mandatory steel‑toed footwear worn throughout shifts No jewelry permitted due to plant safety policies Local candidates only for immediate consideration Seniority Level
