ISO Safety and Compliance Manager
Base pay range: $100,000.00/hour - $120,000.00/hour

Implementing and managing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards such as OSHA, EPA, and local laws Conducting regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify potential hazards and non‑compliance issues Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees about safety procedures and compliance requirements Investigating accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims Preparing and presenting reports on accidents and violations and how they can be prevented Reviewing and updating company policies to ensure they align with ISO standards and safety regulations Collaborating with the management team and employees to cultivate a safe and compliant workplace culture Keeping abreast of industry and regulatory developments to ensure the company’s continuous compliance Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or Quality Management A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards Strong understanding of safety regulations and laws, particularly those relevant to the manufacturing industry Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey safety protocols and compliance requirements to all levels of the organization Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Equal Opportunity Employer
